Today I was happy for the few tourists who came to Mikura. Their arrival meant dolphin watching would happen, and I was lucky to join them. Read more: Out on the Water Again

The phone rang at 7:15 offering a boat trip at 9:30 am. I was surprised as this was Saturday(usually tourist-filled), but gladly accepted. Read more: The calm before the store... sort of.
Okay, so I exaggerated a bit. I watched this morning as 7 boats returned, all full with tourists. And dolphins frolicked near the port. Read more: An Afternoon Survey Trip!!
