We actually swam for about ten minutes with 22 bottlenose dolphins about ten miles south of the ridge (our usual anchor spot). They stayed just on our edge of visibility. Read more: Last Day at Sea for Trip 1
Today we saw two spotted dolphins that we'd not seen since 1992! Read more: Happy 4th of July!
We had 7 encounters today! We saw a calf from last year that had half a fluke and some adult dolphins from a couple of years ago. Read more: Dolphins, and more dolphins.
We actually left port last night for West End - the western-most tip of Grand Bahamas Island. This gave us a head start today. Read more: Sunday, and setting out for sea.
